All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) plus PayPal. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay may also appear depending on your device.

Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers (including PayPal) with bank-level encryption. We never see or store your full card details.

Immediately after payment you'll see a download link on the confirmation page, and we also email it to you.

Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it after 15 minutes, email us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

All e-books are PDF files, compatible with computers, tablets, smartphones, and most e-readers.

Absolutely – they're designed to be printer-friendly for your personal use.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Exceptions apply if the file is corrupt, you bought it twice, or you never received it. Contact us within 7 days at contact@crochetclub.shop.

Yes! You may sell finished handmade items in small quantities, unless a specific e-book states otherwise. Please don't claim the pattern design as your own.

No. Each purchase is a single-user, personal license. Sharing, redistributing, uploading, or reselling isn't permitted – please encourage friends to grab their own copy.
