Refund Policy

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books and digital crochet patterns are final. Once a digital product has been delivered (download link provided), we are unable to offer a refund, as the product cannot be “returned.”

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement if:

  • The downloaded file is corrupt, unreadable, or significantly different from the product description.
  • You accidentally purchased the same e-book twice.
  • You did not receive your download link and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your full name, the email used at purchase, your order number, and a short description of the issue. Email contact@crochetclub.shop. We respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback – most issues can be solved with a quick email.
