1. Digital Delivery Only

All products sold by Crochetclub are digital e-books and crochet patterns. We do not ship any physical products. All items are delivered electronically.

2. How Delivery Works

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page.
A confirmation email with the download link(s) is also sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. If you don’t receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder.

4. Download Issues

If you have trouble downloading: check your spam folder, try a different browser or device, make sure you have a PDF reader installed, or email contact@crochetclub.shop and we’ll resend your link.

5. File Format

Our e-books are delivered as PDF files, compatible with virtually all devices. Only a standard PDF reader is required.

6. Download Limits

Download links may expire after a period for security. If your link has expired, contact us and we’ll provide a new one at no charge.
