3. Products & Digital Goods
We sell digital products – crochet e-books and patterns in downloadable PDF format. All products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Purchases & Payment
Payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant providers (including PayPal). By purchasing you confirm you are at least 18 or have guardian consent, your payment info is accurate, and you understand all digital sales are final (see Refund Policy). Prices are subject to change. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All content is our intellectual property and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license. You may not resell, share, upload, or reproduce our e-books. You may sell finished handmade items in small quantities unless a specific e-book states otherwise.
6. Prohibited Conduct

- Reverse-engineering or extracting source content
- Sharing, distributing, or reselling purchased e-books
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crochetclub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
